Application Process

Each adult age 18 and over that would be living in the property will need to complete a separate rental application.

​"Pre-Leasing" Details:

  • All of our rentals require a one year lease and deposit (please see individual listing).

  • We have "No Pet" and "No Indoor Smoking" policies, including e-cigarettes or vaping. 

  • Occupancy limits are based on square footage and number of bedrooms in the dwelling. Units with 2 bedrooms have an occupancy limit of 3-4 persons; Units with 3 bedrooms have an occupancy limit of 6 persons. 


"Pre-Screening" Criteria:

  • Applicant must provide current and previous housing details and should demonstrate positive rental history. Additional  references may be requested for irregular rental/housing history. Evictions, unpaid rental related debt, or other lease violations or complaints will be considered a basis for rejection.

  • Applicant must provide proof of a minimal net household income of 2.4 times the monthly rental rate. (Example: Rental rate of $1100 x 2.4 = $2,640). Net income is the amount you take home each month for all sources of income. 

  • Applicant must provide employment details and should demonstrate consistent employment history. Retired, self-employed or disabled applicants must provide adequate proof of income as indicated above.


  • Applicant must provide information on any past criminal history and consent to a criminal background and credit screening that meets our selection criteria. 

  • Applicant must provide valid photo identification and submit any applicable fees (see below).​

***After clicking the "Rental Application" link below, you will be prompted to complete our online rental application.  Once your application is electronically submitted, someone from our office will respond via email as soon as possible. 

Our background and credit screenings are handled through Apartments.com. You will need to pay a fee of $29 for this service. You will also be able to upload your photo identification and proof of income on their site.
